When you invest in a luxury suit, you deserve absolute certainty regarding the origin of your cloth. Every custom suit jacket crafted by Own U Fashion features the mill’s woven selvedge edge visibly stitched inside the interior pocket facing. This proves the exact mill name, micron count, and country of manufacture – for example, “Loro Piana Super 150s Tasmanian – Made in Italy” or “Scabal Super 140s – Made in England.”

Frequently Asked Questions
What does Super 130s or Super 150s actually mean?
The Super number designates the fineness of the raw wool fibers measured in microns. Super 130s means the fibers are approximately 17.0 microns thick, while Super 150s is 16.0 microns. Higher numbers feel softer and lighter against the skin, while numbers between Super 120s and Super 150s offer the perfect balance between luxury softness and daily durability.
Can I bring my own fabric to be tailored?
Yes. Our master tailors provide a Cut, Make, and Trim (CMT) service for clients who have purchased their own fabric lengths overseas.
How should I clean and care for a Loro Piana or Zegna wool suit?
Luxury wool suits should never be dry cleaned frequently, as harsh chemical solvents strip the natural lanolin oils from the fibers. We recommend professional steam pressing and brushing with a natural horsehair clothes brush after each wear.
